For instance, XCITE is a youth ministry of Caulfield Indonesian Uniting Church, specifically designed to serve today's generation in the most relevant way possible. XCITE is not just about church service. We exist to answer the needs of young people through the presence of our people, helping them to connect with God while maintaining relevance and integrity. We believe that Christianity is not about religion, but an impacting lifestyle inspired by a personal relationship with God. Hence, worship style should be relevant, youth-oriented, and most of all: Exciting!

The name "XCITE" incorporates our core values in ministry:

X - Christ The centre of our worship, teaching, and activities. The reason of our existence.

C - Caring We are keen in building relationship with others, showing genuine care and compassion to young people of any religious, racial, and cultural background.

I - Involving We do not just invite people to our service. We train and develop young people to be involved in ministry. We believe every people are called into ministry according to the talents and skills that they have.

T - Teaching We incorporate biblical teaching in the most relevant way possible, through interesting activities, discussion, talk show, connect groups, and bible study groups.

E - Empowering We aim to empower today's generation through discipleship and training, leading them to excel and impact in every sphere of life.
